Evelyn Miller, ESQ
Bio
Evelyn earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from Bowdoin College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Evelyn also attended Mt. Holyoke College. Evelyn obtained her law degree from New York University School of Law. Evelyn has been practicing law for nearly 20 years and has extensive experience in corporate/commercial law including mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, dealer/distributor networks, banking (including lending and compliance), securities, general commercial litigation, employment law, public labor law, including practice before Public Employment Review Board (“PERB”), and public employment disability. Evelyn brings her experience, expertise and enthusiasm to the firm and presently works on a broad range of legal matters including commercial litigation, employment, personal injury and medical malpractice. Evelyn is also an active member of the Westchester County Bar Association where she serves as co-chair of the Diversity Committee.
